Alfredo Barraza Mei and Hector Mauricio Bazan, two 25 year old Hispanic men, were arrested by the El Paso County Sheriff’s authorities and were charged with Indecency with a child & Endangering a child. They were found in a hotel with two teenage girls ages 14 and 15, along with alcohol and cocaine. The officers have turned one of the teenage girls to their parents and the other to a Juvenile Probation Department.
