Job Description
The OM is a key member of the of the warehouse Sales Operation’s Team. The OM is a Team Leader in a fast paced environment. The OM directly supervises 35-40 technicians, primarily warehousers. The OM will be trained in Distribution, manufacturing, and sales operations while assisting team members in solving problems and improving performance.
Job Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree in business/logistics or related field
•Demonstrated people and leadership skills with track record of achieving positive business results
•Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
•Ability to work off shifts if required
•Interface with product delivery customers, vend, and Frito-Lay Sales Associates.
•Motivate team members to achieve plan goals
•Develop team to solve own day-to-day operational issues
•Develop and execute annual/quarterly service targets and objectives
•Perform daily production shift reconciliation and make necessary adjustments
•Administer policies and practices
•Ability to work off shifts if required
