May 21, 2010- El Paso, Texas- – Democratic nominee for the State Senate, Jose Rodriguez, will be the keynote speaker at the Western Technical College (WTC) commencement ceremony on Friday, May 28 at 7:00 p.m. The location of the ceremony will be the University of Texas at El Paso’s Don Haskins Center.
Due to the growth in student population, over 450 graduates will be receiving their certificates of completion and Associated of Applied Science degrees from varied programs at the first ceremony ever to be held at Don Haskins Center next Friday.
The ceremony is open to the public and families and friends of graduates and employers are encouraged to attend.
